A cozy, small wooden chalet (33m2) with PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL for you alone! COMFORT: AIRCO, induction hob, dishwasher, washer and dryer, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, TV, wifi. A cozy sofa bed of 2m40. Wake up in the 2 small rooms with panoramic views of the beautiful nature. During the day cool down, play or swim in the private pool of 10m by 4m20 (fenced and gated with lock, weekly maintenance provided) with terraces, sun loungers and pool toys, pool house with table and 4 chairs. There is a SCHOMMEL. For the children there is also a little tent. Or enjoy playing PETANQUE, really French style. The petanque balls are of course on site. Tasty BARBECUING (gas Campingaz with plancha). Outdoor solar shower always handy. 2 HANGMATS to get nice and zen. Real vacation feeling in nature; away from everything. You only hear the silence. Experience the real 'joie de vivre'! WEEKENDS, possible.
Nature and surroundings
In the south of France, a beautiful classified nature reserve between Narbonne and Carcassonne, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Montagne Noire in the Minervois wine region. At 5km from a small picturesque village. Landscape of vineyards, garrigue (thyme, wild, low shrubs, fragrant broom and lavender) and green oak trees, plane trees, many pines and olive trees. An oasis of silence and tranquility in full nature and also a real walking area along the many small roads. Evenings with beautiful starry skies! On a site of 4 000m2 (site total 5 000m2 of which 1 000m2 with a house where a pensioner lives, but without any view; otherwise no house to see). Not only nature but also culture, it is the region of the impressive castles of the Cathars, trips to eg olive oil museum and markets with fresh melons, goat cheese, tomatoes, olives from the growers themselves and wine tastings at the many 'domaines' or wine chateaus in the neighborhood.
