Suitable for 2-8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large woodland garden. Luxury vacation home on large plot in quiet and wooded area near Lochem and Zutphen. The house has a large woodland garden where children can play. First floor with hall and toilet, living room, kitchen, utility room and bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet. Layout 1st Floor with 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, a bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet. Garden around 1600m2 (approx 36m x 46m) with large terrace with 8 person dining table and several seating areas. Driveway for 2 or 3 cars. The house is also equipped with many amenities including of course a smart TV with ChromeCast, fiberglass WIFI, bath a large kitchen with American fridge, Nespresso and Aeroccino, combi oven, popcorn machine and airfryer. There is also a washer, dryer, a record player and a closet full of indoor and outdoor games. Groups of young people are not allowed.

Beautiful hiking and biking trails cross forests, hamlets, meadows and follow old waterways. Historical sights, authentic farms, museums, modern art and lively village centers alternate. Hospitality and having fun is paramount. Every year, residents organize numerous events. From exhibitions, concerts, parties, bicycle or walking tours, dinners to sporting activities.
