Our unique Tiny house on wheels is located in the outskirts of the hamlet De Heurne in the beautiful Achterhoek and offers a lot of privacy. De Geluksvogel is compact and built with old building materials, with good insulation, cozy interior and for your own use a separate luxury bathroom with shower, toilet and a sink. Sitting on the veranda there is a beautiful and endless view over the flower meadow with meadow birds, chickens, horses and cows. There are cozy seating areas scattered in the meadow. This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway for two. For wellness, the jacuzzi, including bathrobes and towels can be included. Wake up to birds singing and then watch the sun rise in the east from the bed. The delicious Achterhoek breakfast can be booked extra. There is a small fridge with freezer, organic tea, coffee, cane sugar, fresh mint, herb garden, binoculars, fruit trees and barbecue.

Whether you are peace seeker or adventurer, hiker or cyclist, shopaholic or museum-goer, nature or culture lover, a chipmunk or Burgundian gourmet: The Achterhoek has it all! Museums, Hanseatic towns, estates and castles, vineyards and beer breweries, galleries and studios, forests, streams, picking gardens and barefoot paths, endless beautiful nature with the Berkel, Rhine and IJssel in between. The Achterhoek scenery is unique. In every town or village you can find a good restaurant, a nice brown pub or some other flavorful place. These are farmers, growers and other tastemakers of the Achterhoek who make tasty, traditional and (h)honest products. The farm stores (one within walking distance) with a wide variety of local products, with everything you need for your stay in our Tiny house. And beyond that...fresh air, each other, space, the sun, the moon and the stars! That's all you need during an overnight stay in The Lucky Bird.
