Enjoy in the middle of nature! Luxury vacation home with large sunny terrace surrounded by trees on a plot of no less than 1300 m2 in the Achterhoek. Walking or cycling is possible directly from the property and leads you through forests, meadows and heathland past castles and country houses. Description house Spacious kitchen and dining room with adjoining living room. On the ground floor is 1 toilet, bathroom with shower and 1 large bedroom with double bed (180x200) with doors opening onto the forest. On the second floor is the second bedroom with double bed (2*80x200) and the third bedroom with bunk beds (90x200). Also on the second floor is a bathroom with toilet and a laundry room (washer and dryer).The house has a large terrace with dining table and lounge area. Children are welcome, but our house is not specifically equipped for them.
Nature and surroundings
Lochem is nearby and nice for some food or shopping. But don't forget Zutphen (20 min.) or Deventer (30 min.) for its many stores and restaurants! Both cozy Hanseatic cities are well worth a visit. Furthermore, the house is located on a mountain bike trail, the Pieterpad is nearby and the area has many cycling and hiking trails, museums and other attractions.
