Our farm house is situated in a picturesque site on the via Francigena between Lucca and Pisa. This stone house has been renovated respecting its rustic charm and has all modern amenities. This small historical nucleus, whose presence has been attested since 1200, is surrounded by olive groves and woods and is a sunny and full of life. Here in every season you can enjoy the Tuscan countryside with its variety of scents, sounds, flavors, an colors. On the first floor you will found the living room and an equipped kitchen, at the second floor two bedroom, bathroom and the panoramic terrace. In our domain grow olives and aromatic herbs. During your stay, you could have trekking and bike trip directly from home. You could also taste our organic small production of olive oil and oregano or take part of our small fresh pasta cooking class and wild herbs. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets could be allowed in low season.

Directly from the rural house you can start nice walking in the hills of Lucca discovering the olive groove and rural amenities. We're on Via Francigena path trail 27 Camaiore - Lucca. By bike you have a lot of hills and also by mountain bike really nice track. We also have a garage to stored it safely. By car you can arrive in 20 minutes to Apuan Alps and climb piks of Monte Prana over 1200 m and start trekking trails in Apuan Alps regional park. Hop in your car and travel in 20 minutes to San Rossore Regional Park and have a nice free beach with sand dunes and naturist beach. Lucca and Pisa are over 15 and 40 minutes by car. If you travel without car you're more than welcome! You can come directly by bus (3 ways per day from Lucca city center) otherwise we can arrange a car sharing or drive from train station of Viareggio or Lucca. In that case, for shopping you have the chance to have breakfast and dinner with us. Or a small local food grocery 1km away by foot from the house.
