Nature house in Cala Panizo

Our house "Alba", the dawn, is hidden away in the small settlement of "Cala Panizo" at the easternmost end of Andalusia on the Costa de Alemería. A few steps lead from the property directly onto the beach of the small bay. The sea is directly in front of us and the Tabernas desert is behind us. The house is simple and not perfect - we are currently renovating it bit by bit. But the location is unique on a large plot right by the sea. The house offers approx. 100 m² of space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms (with 2 double beds and 2 single beds) and in the spacious kitchen-living room with open fireplace you can spend sociable evenings. If you get up early, you can watch the sunrise over the sea from the terrace and enjoy your first coffee to the sound of the sea. The house is equipped with everything you need to live comfortably: a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine, a kitchen with gas hob, large fridge and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher.

The bay "Cala Panizo" is part of the Costa de Almería and is located in the south-east of Spain in the province of Almería. The area is characterized by strong scenic contrasts like hardly any other region on the Iberian Peninsula. Wide sandy beaches that gently glide into the Mediterranean lie next to rugged rocky bays, while desert-like areas follow areas with Europe's most fertile soils. The natural contrasts could hardly be greater. The beach directly in front of the house is rocky. The best entry point for swimming is a few meters to the right in front of the neighbouring property. There is a pebble beach approx. 10 minutes' walk away and numerous beaches approx. 5-15 minutes' drive away, including Playa de los Cocedores, which is perfect for children and also has 2 chiringuitos/beach bars.
