A detached, light and spacious cottage for 1-4 persons, e.g. for a family. The cottage has a cozy living room, kitchen with dining area and a bedroom with double bed and adjacent bathroom. The "master bedroom" is spacious enough for a baby bed. At the rear is a private shaded terrace, at the front you look out over the yard with loose poultry, flower pots and various seating areas.
Nature and surroundings
Somewhere in the Achterhoek stands a monumental farmhouse. In the yard, chickens, ducks, peacocks and pigeons scratch about. In the distance you can hear a cuckoo, golden oriole, horses graze in the meadow. A place out of time. Beautiful clearings in the forest invite meditation. Erve Veldink is a farm with a history dating back to the 14th century. The current buildings are 120+ years old and are listed buildings. They are located at the edge of the village of Haarlo (near Borculo) in the middle of the typical Achterhoek scenery, with its private character and beautiful vistas, where pieces of forest, meadows, fields and streams alternate. Beautiful for hiking, cycling and stargazing. The farm is occupied by a few permanent residents.
