This pretty country house, typical of the region, welcomes you for a stay in a quiet, rural hamlet. The house has kept its original floor tiles, roof timbers and stonework. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and separate toilet. First floor: two large bedrooms. A bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. The house is connected to a septic tank. Selective sorting is compulsory. Games and toys are available. A large garden planted with trees including a hazelnut, an apple, a tamarisk A swing, an arbour, garden furniture ... the garden of the house is pleasant, sunny and relaxing. You can enjoy your meals under the parasol, read a book in the hammock or relax on a deckchair. The house is connected to the fiber.
Nature and surroundings
Water sports and leisure facilities are a 10km drive away. Ideally situated in the heart of the Nièvre region, you can hike along the Etang de Merle or Etang de Baye and admire the flora and fauna of these protected sites. You can pedal along the Canal du Nivernais, float along on a paddle or listen to the sound of the water as you fish. Near several state-owned forests, you can recharge your batteries on a hike or bike ride. There are many small villages to visit: Arthel, la Charité-sur-Loire, Clamecy, Moulins-Engilber and our beautiful town of Nevers. You can enjoy watching a rugby match in Nevers or a car race on the Magny Cours circuit, or stroll around the many garage sales.
