welcome to our nature house Enjoy our Gîte on the banks of the Thaurion River just outside Chavanat, in the Millevaches Regional Nature Park, le Forêt de Clairavaux, in the Creuse, Limousin. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, canoeing, fishing or catching crayfish in the river. Take one of the many hiking trails or visit the historic sites in the area. Lake Vassiviére, with its beautiful beaches and surrounding forests, is just 15 minutes away. As is Aubusson, a historic town with all amenities. But it might tempt you to stay in the gite's woodland garden and take a dip in the Thaurion!
