Our vacation apartment is located in the heart of the Pyhrn-Priel region, close to the Kalkalpen National Park. The accommodation was newly built in 2021 and is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. We want our guests to enjoy a vacation with light luggage and have furnished the apartment accordingly. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with basic groceries. Board games, coloring books for children, reading material etc. are available. You can choose between two terraces which are of course equipped with garden furniture, hammock, parasol and BBQ grill. Travel cot/high chair on request. The region offers a wide range of sporting opportunities in both summer and winter. Would you like to unwind in the middle of nature? You've come to the right place. The accommodation is easily accessible via the A9, Spital a.P. exit, and yet the region is not overcrowded. The apartment is located on one of the most beautiful slopes of the village with very few neighbors.

In winter you have the Wurzerlam ski area in the immediate vicinity and the Hinterstoder ski area approx. 30 km away. You can also go cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing or book guided snowshoe hikes. Summer in the Alps invites you to go hiking, mountain biking, climbing or swimming in natural lakes and outdoor pools. We have set up various feeding stations and these attract a variety of wild birds and squirrels which you can observe from the terrace. The apartment is sheltered by a private wooded area and offers a wonderful view of the village and the entire valley. The entrance to the Dr. Vogelsangklamm gorge is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. A natural jewel absolutely worth seeing. You can reach the Gleinkersee lake in 15 minutes by car. A mountain lake with beautiful sunbathing lawns and an adjoining high ropes course. Directly at the lake - the restaurant of the Seebauer family, who are committed to sustainability.
