Upon arrival, you will see the wooden facade of this special house reaching out above the trees. This lovely house stands in the beautiful surroundings of Lochem on a large plot (more than 1500 m2) rich in trees and space for outdoor games. There are several terraces and sitting areas with sun and shade. Because of the good insulation and stone floor it is nice and cool inside the house in summer. The living room with open kitchen is tastefully decorated with a high ceiling of 3 to 4 meters and has doors to one of the terraces. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The large induction stove is adjacent to the bar which is cozy while cooking. There is a Nespresso coffee machine available. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and bathtub. There is a separate toilet. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and the upstairs bedroom has two single beds which can easily be made into a double bed. For your information! The latest departure time on Sunday is 9 pm.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in a small private forest park. A challenging mountain bike trail is within walking distance as well as many, hiking and biking opportunities. There is an 18 hole golf course at 3 km. Lochem is 3 km away. The municipality of Lochem has the largest estate density in the Netherlands and has been declared the walking municipality of the Netherlands in 2022. Nature is very varied with the coulisse landscape, rivers (Berkel and IJssel) and hills (Lochemse Berg and Kale Berg). The Hanseatic cities of Zutphen (15 min drive) and Deventer (30 min drive) are nearby as well as 8 castles municipality of Vorden (15 min drive). MORE's new museums are in Ruurlo and Gorssel.
