This carefully decorated recreation house stands on a plot of about 20 acres (2000 m2), with many trees, shielding you from the surrounding roads. An ideal place to unwind. The house is easiest to reach by car or by bike in public transport (train station 't Harde) The house has a living room with an open kitchen. Behind the kitchen is, a little higher, a bedroom with a large reading chair. Through the corridor you get to the second bedroom with its own little terrace. Also near the living room is a terrace, which is covered with glass, so you can sit outside even when it rains. In addition, there is a cozy log cabin in which there are two beds. You can use these only in the warm months. In the winter months, this leaves room for five people, not seven (!) In a side room of the living room there is a piano, for the enthusiast. There is a gramophone with records and there is a television/DVD player and the choice of quite a few classic films.

Epe is a village north of Apeldoorn. Nearby are the estates Welna and Tongeren, and the neighborhood Wissel. Here is varied nature and a rich wildlife: boars, deer, kingfishers and badgers. There are many opportunities for walking and cycling.
