Completely renovated cozy vacation home with all amenities. The ground floor includes the hall with stairs, loft and a 1st toilet. The spacious living room with bay window and modern open kitchen with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, extractor, coffee maker and kettle. In addition to central heating there is a wood stove, TV and internet. Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms with box springs and a large wardrobe or clothes rack. Between both bedrooms is the modern luxury bathroom located with walk-in shower, a 2nd toilet, bathroom furniture, central heating and underfloor heating. The house can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child in - crib. Around the house is a beautiful forest / heathland garden with several terraces and garden furniture where it is good to relax. Uniquely located very near silence area, forest and heath, the Renderklippen and the Dellen within walking distance. Here you can enjoy peace, space and nature with cycling and walking routes from the front door. Epe and Heerde in the immediate vicinity, estate Tongeren, Vierhouten, Nunspeet, Elburg but also the Hanseatic cities of Zwolle, Hattem, Deventer and Zutphen are popular places and very worthwhile. Enjoy in all seasons of the Veluwe at its finest!
