This detached thatched 4-person house with garden (approx 550m2) is on a small bungalow park in a wooded area between Deventer and Raalte near the Salland Ridge. It is an area for wonderful cycling, often on separate bicycle paths.The house was built in 2018 and newly decorated.We have availability from February to approx April 2023 Sitting room The spacious corner sofa gives enough space for the whole family. Living room The sunny living room features: -Spacious corner sofa for the whole family -43 "HD LED TV with about 85 digital channels -Opening doors to garden and terrace Kitchen The luxury kitchen is equipped with: -refrigerator / freezer -dishwasher -combi oven / microwave -4-burner gas hob -natural stone countertop and plenty of storage -good lighting and DAB + radio -stuffy kitchen inventory, including Senseo coffee maker -basic food available Upstairs: Master bedroom 2nd bedroom bathroom
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in a wooded area and has an enclosed private garden all around. The park is quiet and you can enjoy birds and squirrels. The Sallandse Heuvelrug is a beautiful hiking area nearby. Sun position The terrace has a perfect sun position on the southwest. Environment The house is situated in a quiet spot almost at the back of the park. Garden The detached house is surrounded by a spacious garden of approximately 550m2 which offers plenty of privacy. In the garden is a shed with two bikes, BBQ, garden furniture, etc. A mowing robot and automatic sprinkler system take care of the garden. There is a trampoline for the children.
