Our house is located on the forest edge of a small village with 65 houses. near Willingen.We rent a part of our house there with all its own facilities, to around the house are terraces. The apartment is in April 2023 completely refurbished so that it meets the requirements of our time. Of course with Wifi and Dutch Tv. Generally we ourselves are not present, so you have the house to yourself. 95 M2 of floor space with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. garage for your car. across the street two more parking spaces. you will find with us current photos, not with a wide angle lens and not edited. What you see is also what you find. Our house is heated by a modern pellet stove (placement Nov 2022 KWB easyfire), with an ion filter installed to reduce particulate emissions to less than 0.25 mg. The pellets are of course made and bought locally. The electricity is of course green and also locally generated from sun and wind.
Nature and surroundings
Our House is located on the edge of the forest, walking to the forest is with 2 minutes. It is wonderfully quiet, if no traffic passes, you can hear the stream across the street. and the present Scottish Highlanders. Starting point for many walks in the beautiful countryside of the Sauerland, and in winter skiing in Willingen and Winterberg. Sauerland known for Winterberg (15 km) of its hills and forests, extensive well-marked hiking trails and opportunities for each. Supermarket is 7 Km away and Willingen with all its restaurants also 7 Kilometers. There is much in the surrounding area to visit for both young and old and in between. If you come with an electric car, you can not charge our house there are many free charging stations in the area.
