It is on the plot wonderful to stay between twittering birds, calling owls, and squirrels in front of your cottage. In the rutting season, from here you can even hear the belling deer! The detached cottage of approximately 70m2 is very comfortable and attractively furnished. Spacious living room with sitting and dining area. Kitchen has an induction hob, combi-oven, fridge with freezer, kettle and coffee maker and dishwasher. Sleeping is wonderfully comfortable on a fine box spring in the double. Room and a bunk bed in the second bedroom. There is also a cozy electric fireplace. In any season, the garden invites you to spend time outside. There is a canopy with a cozy lounge set located on the southwest. Here it is still really dark at night and on a clear day you can admire countless stars over the treetops. The large plot is fully fenced and private parking and is located together with the house. There is a trampoline, sandbox and toys.

This is the perfect place to recharge, rest, engage in sporting activities as well as seek the conviviality, stores and restaurants in the fine surrounding villages and towns. The nature house is situated in a beautiful location on the edge of the nature areas of Tongeren estate, the boardwalk and then the Crown Estates! From the nature house you can make beautiful walks and bike rides through the vast nature. The center of Epe is about 3km. There are in the vicinity many cultural and recreational activities such as Palace the Loo, Apenheul, Heerderstrand, Queen Juliana, the Veluwe Source, Cannenburgh Castle and much more! And of course the beautiful places like Vierhouten, Deventer, Elburg, Zwolle and Apeldoorn are nearby. Epe has a 100% wildlife guarantee.
