Welcome to Little Asia, one of the accommodations at Ubuntu Lake Houses, an oasis on the enchanting Vinkeveense Plassen. This unique place offers sweeping views and direct access to crystal clear water, all within walking-biking distance - a rare place in the middle of the Vinkeveense Plassen, accessible without depending on a boat. Little Asia immediately embraces you with a sense of vacation. Our equipped houseboat offers everything you need for a fantastic stay and the most beautiful sunset.You have full access to the beautiful garden, where privacy is guaranteed thanks to the surrounding fence. In addition, you have unlimited access to the entire houseboat, giving your stay a sense of exclusivity and comfort and all this at 20 min away (from the parking lot) from the city life. For a fee, you can rent a boat or SUPs from us, allowing you to fully enjoy the refreshing Vinkeveense Plassen.
Nature and surroundings
Vinkeveen is a beautiful picturesque village, best known for the Vinkeveen lakes. Besides water sports, Vinkeveen also offers beautiful hiking-biking routes. The area is known for its quiet and natural surroundings. Motor vehicles cannot come directly to the accommodation, allowing you to enjoy total tranquility at the edge of the Vinkeveense Plassen. An 800m walk from the parking lot brings you to this wonderful location. Upon arrival, our cargo bike is ready for you to transport your belongings to your vacation destination. We provide 2 free bikes. Upon arrival at the parking lot, you can safely leave them behind. Box carts are also available for free use. You can park for free on the road in front of the port from 1-10 to 31-03. Outside this period a max parking time of 2 hours applies within the parking disc zone between 8:00 and 19:00. It is possible to park your car opposite the park for a fee (€10 p.d.).
