Delightful luxury Tiny house on the Kagerplassen with a jetty for your boat and a beautiful view of the Oud Ade polder with its windmills and cows. The houses are sustainable, made entirely of wood, with solar panels and equipped with every luxury, from wood stove to air conditioning. There is a dishwasher, egg BBQ, spacious kitchen and sitting area and three bedrooms for 6 people. The cottage has four terraces, a garden, a mooring for a boat and a common lawn with trampoline and pizza oven. On the grounds of lakehouses there are 4 cottages. Each cottage has three bedrooms (6 persons), several terraces, relax chairs, bbq and around a garden with picnic table. Renting a boat is possible. Centrally located, close to Amsterdam (30 km), Leiden (5 km) and the beach (10 km). On site free parking and electric charging is possible. Dogs are welcome at the lakehouses if they are leashed and do not sleep on beds or couches.
Nature and surroundings
Located on the Kagerplassen overlooking the meadow with windmills and cows, with a spacious garden. Put your boat at your own jetty and explore the Kaag and Braasssem or sail through the beautiful old student city of Leiden. Take a dip in the Vennemeer lake or sup a round on the Kaag. Relax on your terrace in front of your house or in your own garden. Various cycling and walking routes through the green heart. Relax. Near Leiden with all its museums and canals (10 minutes). 20 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from The Hague and 25 minutes drive to Amsterdam. Very centrally located. Dogs allowed if leashed and not on sofa and beds. The house is very suitable for families and families.
