The cottage is located on a small nature park in Winterswijk. Directly adjacent to the cottage start several hiking trails, mountain bike routes of 40 km and there is a play forest. The nature house is located five car minutes from the village of Winterswijk (Gelderland) in the Achterhoek. In the Achterhoek there is a walking network of no less than 3,000 kilometers waiting for you. Winterswijk has the largest walking and cycling path network (225 kilometers) in the Netherlands. A visit to the eastern neighbors is also possible, the German "green" border is three kilometers away. Ideal for hiking enthusiasts. In the Achterhoek you are never out walking. Walk along winding roads, sandy paths, through the woods and along the water. The Achterhoek and Winterswijk are surprisingly beautiful and that already starts at this forest cottage.
