Our most modern apartment on the first floor has just under 100 square meters for up to 9 people - completely without steps with a ground-level west-facing terrace and adjoining garden for sole use. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that you want for nothing and follow our motto - Allgäu in a modern way. The apartment has an equipped branded kitchen incl. dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 2 coffee machines, kettle and toaster and 2 bathrooms with WC and shower. Children aged 5 and over must be declared as a person. Children under the age of 5 do not have to be listed as a person - they stay with us free of charge. Nature and surroundings
Our country house is located at an altitude of 900 m in Schindelberg - the small but beautiful part of Oberstaufen - in one of the most beautiful vacation regions in Bavaria - in the middle of the German-Austrian Nagelfluhkette Nature Park. Always included for your entire stay: The Oberstaufen Plus Card - our guests enjoy the most important attractions in the area at no extra cost - mountain railroads, ski passes for the entire region, Ebike depending on the length of stay min. In winter you can reach the entire ski area from the house with the in-house ski feeder lift and return via a beautiful forest route - you can save yourself the trouble of driving. Several hiking trails start directly at the house and lead you, for example, to the Dreiländerblick. There are shopping facilities and restaurants in Schindelberg, but also in Steibis (2 km) or very numerous in Oberstaufen (6 km).
