Our suite extends over 140 square meters on one level on the first floor with a small outdoor terrace at ground level. It is used for seminars etc. in the low season, so our guests can enjoy an impressive living area with an open kitchen and bar. Here you can get together and enjoy cozy hours in a beautiful mountain landscape. The apartment has an equipped brand kitchen incl. dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 2 coffee machines, kettle and toaster and 2 bathrooms with WC and shower. Bedroom 1 double bed and two single beds, bedroom 2 double bed, in the living area two further single beds (90×200 as wall/wardrobe bed) Children aged 5 and over must be declared as a person. Children under the age of 5 do not have to be listed as a person - they stay with us free of charge. However, please always pay attention to the maximum occupancy per accommodation unit! Our country house is located at an altitude of 900 m in Schindelberg - the small but beautiful part of Oberstaufen - in one of the most beautiful vacation regions in Bavaria - in the middle of the German-Austrian Nagelfluhkette Nature Park. Always included for your entire stay: The Oberstaufen Plus Card - our guests enjoy the most important attractions in the area at no extra cost - mountain railroads, ski passes for the entire region, Ebike depending on the length of stay min. In winter you can reach the entire ski area from the house with the in-house ski feeder lift and return via a beautiful forest route - you can save yourself the trouble of driving. Several hiking trails start directly at the house and lead you, for example, to the Dreiländerblick. There are shopping facilities and restaurants in Schindelberg, but also in Steibis (2 km) or very numerous in Oberstaufen (6 km).
