A little piece of Sweden in the middle of Lower Saxony. The lovingly furnished vacation home is located in the middle of the idyllic Spreewaldsee and Irenensee area on a small island. HOUSE FACILITIES: In your vacation home, you can chill out by the fireplace, which is also the main source of heating for the house. When the weather is right, you can also enjoy the cozy fireplace feeling by the outdoor fireplace. Electric and infrared heaters provide additional warmth, especially in the bathroom. You can sleep in a double bed in a separate bedroom; if there are more than two of you, you can also sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you need anything, just let us know. There is also a microwave and fridge-freezer. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. We can fence off the garden with a portable fence for your dogs.
Nature and surroundings
SURROUNDINGS: From here, you can take wonderful long walks through forests, fields or along the water, and in autumn you can pick delicious mushrooms here. Just around the corner, you can refresh yourself at the Irenensee bathing lake. You can reach the water via an open access about 120 m further on and from there you can go on beautiful tours with your SUP or canoe. The charming half-timbered town of Celle, Gifhorn, Braunschweig, Peine and Hanover are all within a radius of half an hour by car. Just around the corner is the Ersepark amusement park, fun for all children. The Walsrode bird park, the Heidepark in Soltau and the Serengeti Park are real highlights for a day trip. A trip to the Lüneburg Heath is also worthwhile, especially during the heather blooming season. The Harz Mountains are also just over an hour away for a day hike.
