Nature house in Paulhiac

This single gîte is located on the small vacation domain "Aux Martis". The ground floor of 85m² is a completely open space, with the kitchen and dining area at one end and the living room at the other. In the middle is a storage room, a laundry room with washing machine and a guest toilet. Across the entire width of the cottage is a covered terrace that opens onto the private garden and from where you can enjoy the beautiful view. Upstairs there are four bedrooms (2x double bed 160x200 and 6x single bed 90x200), two toilets and two spacious bathrooms with shower and sink. There is a small road next to the cottage that leads to the swimming pool, about 50 meters away. The pool (open early June to late September) is equipped with loungers, shaded areas and umbrellas. It is a shared pool: guests of the two other gîtes and possible campers of our mini-campsite also use it. The pool is open from mid-May to September.

We are located at the end of a small road so there is no traffic, children can romp in peace and safety on the lawn, in the woods, on the playground, visit our sheep or admire the cows of the neighbors. One of the playgrounds is right next to the cottage. In the immediate vicinity you can visit authentic villages, bastides and castles. On any day of the week you can visit one of these villages for the weekly traditional market. In July and August all kinds of events are organized (eg "fêtes médiévales", "Bodéga", vide greniers, brocantes) and there are also evening markets where you can taste all the local delicacies, accompanied by music. In addition, there are some impressive caves to visit in the region. On both the Lot and Dordogne rivers you can canoe/kayak and there are nice swimming spots. Around our property there are hiking trails, VTT (mountain bike) trails and cycling routes.
