The veranda overlooks part of our own garden and stands on a 200m2 plot, we have created a separate garden area for this B&B. The area of the Bed and Breakfast is 45m2 and has a sitting and sleeping area with a king size box spring (160x220) and flat screen TV with netflix and excellent wifi and air conditioning. The Blij Hen has a dining area with fully equipped kitchen. There is also a luxury bathroom with rain shower and sink. The B&B has a separate toilet. The veranda has a private seating area overlooking your own garden. The rest of our own garden is private property. You can park your car directly in front of the entrance. (Electric) bikes can be parked on our property behind the gate. BBQ is available (fee). Jacuzzi on the veranda. Breakfast can be booked against payment if desired. Nature and surroundings
Our Bed and Breakfast is the perfect base for a wonderful walk or bike ride through the polder, woods and heath and do not forget the city walk through Oudenbosch with of course a visit to the impressive Basilica. Oudenbosch has a rich culture. As you approach Oudenbosch you can already see it - the imposing domes of the Basilica of Oudenbosch and Boys' Boarding School St. Louis. Once in Oudenbosch you imagine yourself in Rome. The beautiful buildings in Roman architecture, the squares, the courtyard of St. Louis, Observatory Tivoli. Together they form the historical heart of Oudenbosch. And do not forget to visit the beautiful Botanical Garden the Aboretum. Also the cozy cities of Bergen op Zoom and Breda are half an hour away by car.
