Spacious and bright apartment in which natural stone and wood blend closely with the rural character of the building. This complemented by modern elements to offer maximum comfort. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with dining table and TV/sitting area. The bathroom has a shower and bath amenities are provided, as well as towels. Outside there is a terrace with picnic table, umbrella and deck chairs. During cold months the apartment is heated with a pellet stove (pellets are included) and during the summer months the thick walls keep it nice and cool inside.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located in an old country house renovated in 2016 into 4 vacation apartments, which can be rented separately or together. All apartments have a private entrance and a small terrace. In addition, there are many cozy corners scattered throughout the estate: a large sun terrace, a covered picnic area with barbecue and pizza oven, a petanque area, a playground for toddlers, lounge chairs AND a communal swimming pool (July-August). The 6-hectare finca with olive and almond trees is located next to a mountainside, just 1.3 km from the village of Fuentespalda and offers exceptionally beautiful views and sunsets over the valley. The Matarraña is known for its still unspoiled nature and offers many activities for nature lovers: hiking, cycling, horseback riding, natural swimming spots,... For those who prefer some culture, you can visit the charming villages and enjoy the typical Aragonese cuisine.
