Before: The history of this nature house begins with the separation of the Leusener marke. In 1643 there is the first mention of a tenant on the land allocated to Johan van Isselmuden, located in the Westerveen. Simultaneously with the Oosterveen, this area was reclaimed through the efforts of the Leusener Compagnie and the Heirs of the marke. It was a small estate, 150 meters wide and three kilometers long. By its size not impressive, but interesting because of the changes that took place during its existence.Now: Is the size of the yard 55000 m2. The farm is now a residence converted into a luxury vacation farm. Equipped with sauna, sunshower, hot tub, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, three toilets, 5 bedrooms two on the ground floor and three on the second floor. Luxury coffee machine available including coffee beans (from roastery Miss Morrison) The beds are made, towels are provided.
Nature and surroundings
You will have beautiful views of the meadows. In the morning you can take a walk on the farther natural set up RV site among the whistling birds, spotting deer, hares, rabbits, squirrels and other animals. There you will be watched by the Belted Galloways a Scottish cattle breed friendly and curious, occasionally they must be weeded to the front of the yard. In the evening you can enjoy a beautiful sunset from under your terrace or from the beach by the pond, often graced by a concert of frogs and crickets. There are plenty of Buttercups, Whitstocks, Cuckoo-flowers, Eucharistic beaks, Dog's Wear and many other flowers and herbs growing here. Want to explore further afield? That is possible it is centrally located between the most beautiful natural areas.
