Nature house in Hof Grabow

The courtyard was certainly once beautiful, but is unfortunately now in a very neglected state. The house was dirty, so we had to do a deep clean first. It did not match the description on the website (no chickens, no ducks, no seating in the garden). We discussed this with the landlord, who was open to our criticism and refunded us the amount we quoted (100 euros). We understand the situation of the landlord, who is currently in a personal crisis and therefore has no energy for the house and the farm. Nevertheless, the vacation was a failure for us, because we as a community like to spend a lot of time in the house and garden, a nice accommodation is important to us and therefore we also book through Nature houses. This is the first negative experience we have had with Nature houses, but it leaves a little doubt for future bookings.

Der Hof war sicher früher einmal schön, ist leider jetzt in einem sehr verwahrlosten Zustand. Das Haus war dreckig, so dass wir erstmal eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt haben. Es entsprach nicht der Beschreibung auf der Seite (keine Hühner, keine Enten, keine Sitzgelegenheitem im Garten).
Wir haben das mit dem Vermieter besprochen, der offen für unsere Kritik war und uns einen von uns genannten Betrag (100 Euro) zurückerstattet hat. Wir haben Verständnis für die Lage des Vermieters, der sich gerade in einer persönlichen Krise befindet und deshalb keine Kraft für das Haus und den Hof hat.
Nichtsdestotrotz war der Urlaub für uns ein Reinfall, weil wir als Gemeinschaft gerne viel Zeit in Haus und Garten aufhalten, uns eine schöne Unterkunft wichtig ist und wir deshalb auch über naturhäuschen buchen.
Das ist die erste negative Erfahrung, die wir mit Naturhäuschen gemacht haben, aber sie hinterlässt doch einen kleinen Zweifel für kommende Buchungen.

The house is located in an agricultural area with huge fields and unfortunately during our stay it was harvest time, so large tractors were constantly driving past the house. When that wasn't the case, it was very quiet and pleasant. However, all the lakes nearby are wonderful. However, it takes at least half an hour by car to get to the first lakes. That was ok for us and we knew that beforehand.

Das Haus liegt in einem landwirtschaftlich genutzten Gebiet mit riesigen Feldern und leider war während unseres Aufenthalts Ernte, so dass ständig große Traktoren an dem Haus vorbeigefahren sind. Wenn das nicht der Fall war, war es sehr still und angenehm. Die ganzen Seen in der Nähe sind jedoch ganz wunderbar. Allerdings braucht man mit dem Auto mindestens eine halbe Stunde bis zu den ersten Seen. Das war für uns ok und das wussten wir vorher.
