Nature house in Alvaiazere

Right in the middle of central Portugal, between the airports of Porto and Lisbon, easily accessible from the motorways/tollways, lies a beautiful four-person nature house in the town of Pombaria near Alvaiazere. In Alvaiazere are all the necessary amenities less than two minutes from the cottage; supermarkets, a library, a swimming pool, many stores, cafes and restaurants. This beautiful, completely renovated, but still authentic cottage stands on the edge of a large beautiful forest with official hiking trails that also pass the cottage! From the edge of the land you cross a stream via a small bridge to then have hours of hiking fun in the beautiful countryside. From the, partially covered, outdoor terrace you have an amazing view of the woods. On the outside terrace there is also a new shower, a restyled toilet, a pizza oven and cooking and dishwashing area. Also inside there is a possibility to cook on wood, living room with dining and sitting area and bedroom!

The land (2500m2) surrounding the cottage borders a stream that provides access to endless forest via a small bridge. Guarantee for hours of hiking fun. There are even official hiking trails along the cottage. Alvaiazere, the nearest village with all amenities, is within walking distance. By car in two minutes. There are beautiful large rivers and dams in the immediate (approx 15 minutes by car) environment. Nazaré with its beautiful beaches and huge waves (famous surfers from around the world come here together) is over an hour away. Around the house are olive trees, grapes and fig trees. The cottage is located on the road which makes it easily accessible. Parking in front of the door. Many birds around the house. Absolute silence can be experienced especially on weekends where the sound of the flowing river breaks the silence. In short; the ideal place for true nature lovers who also want to experience the convenience of facilities at a short distance!
