Spacious and comfortable cottage equipped with central heating and a wood stove, for coziness. The cottage stands in the middle of a plot of 650 square meters with lots of privacy. There is opportunity for parking 2 cars near the house. The house stands on the edge of a small bungalow park and from the covered porch you look out over the meadows. The house has a simple kitchen and spacious bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. There is an additional toilet room where there is a freezer and a washing machine. The cottage is excellent for relaxing and enjoying the park birds and squirrels. Moreover, the house is equipped with a Finnish sauna, for complete relaxation.
Nature and surroundings
The house stands on the edge of a small vacation park near Reutum. Surrounded by meadows, the park is a wooded oasis with the nature reserve the Reutummer Weust within walking distance. Natural areas such as the Vasser burial ground, the Mander Streu, the Springendal are within 7 km of the house. 5 km away is the town of Ootmarsum. A little further away, the towns of Oldenzaal, Denekamp and Bad Bentheim are worth a visit, especially with the surrounding nature areas such as the Lutterzand, the basin of the Dinkel.
