The warm, spacious and comfortable layout is designed to accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children. Spacious, bright bedrooms, a very large upstairs room that can also be used for sleeping or as a playroom, 3 bathrooms, a cinema area, 3 toilets. The children's beds can be moved around at will: the bedrooms are large enough to accommodate 1 or 2 children and 2 adults. The kitchen is very functional, so you can cook for several people while keeping an eye on the children at play. Whatever the weather, this is a pleasant house.

On site: large garden, access to a small forest (for little explorers), swimming pool, trampoline, pétanque, ping pong, soccer, bikes, walking books. Bikes can be made available on request. Our small hilly roads, little used by cars, invite you to pedal in complete serenity while admiring the scenery. HIKING, several pleasant circuits nearby, for both older and younger walkers. (You can also enjoy the beauty of the MONTAGNE NOIRE (30 mins) and the SIDOBRE (45 mins). Ideally located near the emblematic towns of TOULOUSE, CASTRES, ALBI, GAILLAC, SAINT FEREOL, LAUTREC, CORDE SUR CIEL, as well as other charming little towns. 1h15 from Carcassonne and 2h from the Pyrenees. 10 mins from shops.
