Ideally located at the start of many hiking trails, the duplex is on the ground floor of a large chalet with 6 apartments. The kitchen is fully equipped, there's WIFI in the house, a connected TV and games/books in the cupboards. You'll enjoy the infra-red sauna and a brand-new bathroom (shower). In the 90-acre garden, you'll find a barbecue, children's play structure, sandpit, goal and Zen area. The gîte is on the edge of "La Maltournée" and 5m upstream from one of Wallonia's most beautiful villages: Gros Fayt. From Les Chenêts, you have direct access to a number of hiking and biking trails. Maps are available in the apartment. The Semois National Park (Vresse sur Semois or Alle sur Semois or Tombeau du Géant) is 2km away on foot. We are happy to accept a small/medium-sized dog, but only with our agreement.
Nature and surroundings
In an exceptional environment in the Ardennes, in the heart of one of Wallonia's most beautiful villages: Gros Fays (Bièvre) and just a few minutes from Alle s/Semois, Vresse s/Semois and Rochehaut, the gîtes are located in a large family chalet at the crossroads of hiking, cycling and horse-riding trails. The Parc National de la Semois is a wonderful place for walking.
