Located in an Alsatian village influenced by the Vosges mountains, the Béthanie apartment is housed in an old, fully restored house with a private entrance. With its chic, Gentleman Farmer style, we have been awarded 3 stars. Our gîte is well equipped with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. For the summer months, you have access to the garden with a children's play area that includes a ping-pong table and swings. A covered pergola-style area with table for up to 8 people and barbecue. We are equipped with photovoltaic panels and a reinforced socket for recharging your electric car. Parking spaces are reserved for you, as well as 2 spaces under the carport for inclement weather or protection from the sun. We make our own apple juice and jam, which we'd be delighted to offer you as a welcome gift. Compost is available for recycling.
Nature and surroundings
We're hosts, but we're also tree growers and nature lovers. Contrary to certain preconceived ideas, producing fir trees is good for the planet, as we maintain the forests. Cutting fir trees is good for Co2, because thanks to annual replanting, young trees consume more Co2 than adults. Hiking trails for walkers are just a stone's throw away. For mountain bikers, there's a circuit 15 minutes away. In Villé, there's a lovely swimming pool. In winter, if there's snow at Champ du Feu, 15 km from us, you can go skiing. In Breitenbach (12km), you can discover paragliding and a tree-climbing circuit. Not far from the wine route, the Steige distillery offers tastings of its fine wines. Also not to be missed is the Climont jam factory, where Meilleur ouvrier de France craftsmen tell and show you how to make the best jams in the world.
