Lodge of 110m2 on the ground floor. It offers you absolute privacy through a private entrance, terrace, bbq, garden & private jacuzzi. An accommodation with 2 bedrooms & 2 separate bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is specially designed for visitors with limited mobility. The 1st bedroom has a 2pers king size. The main bedroom has a "modular sleeping arrangement" : three 1pers beds of either kingsize of 180 and a single. Both rooms have an ensuite bathroom with rain shower, double sinks and toilet. There is a living room with open kitchen and large windows that let in lots of light. From the living kitchen you walk through the French doors to the terrace overlooking the river. Cozy kitchen with all amenities and television. The kitchen is well equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. All linen & starter kit are included as well as free use of bicycles.

The Atlantic ocean climate provides mild temperatures and warm summers with cool nights, making Lot et Garonne a great place to stay.
