AM August 16, 2025 General rating:Did miss some nice chairs for the garden. Also unfortunate that there was a hedge in the garden, so you could enjoy the beautiful view less. But the location of the house is beautiful. There are beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity.
Miste wel wat lekkere stoelen voor in de tuin. Ook jammer dat er een haag stond in de tuin, waardoor je minder van het prachtige uitzicht kon genieten. Maar de ligging van het huis is prachtig. Er lopen prachtige wandelingen in de directe omgeving.

Nature, peace & environment:It was a very spacious house with a ballroom of a bathroom so with two people it was huge. Beautiful views of the forest and the meadow with cows. The house was clean which I really liked and most of the windows had screens or other insect repellent solutions.There was a special piece of art hanging above the stairs, I looked at it in amazement.The house could use some light maintenance but no things that were really broken.There was a charging point for our electric car about 400 meters away on foot.I always like to read outside in the sun on a lounger or bed, I missed that a bit. Little contact with landlord but that was not really necessary. The area we found very nice and fun to drive from Germany to Belgium to the Netherlands. Everything close together but still speak 3 different languages and get bread in Slenaken at the Dutch bakery with delicious flans. A nice house and a nice environment so the vacation was successful.

Het huis kan wel wat licht onderhoud gebruiken maar geen dingen die echt stuk waren.
Voor onze elektrische auto was op zo'n 400 meter lopen een oplaadpunt.
Ik vind het altijd lekker om buiten in de zon te lezen op een ligstoel of -bed, dat miste ik een beetje. Weinig contact met verhuurder gehad maar dat was ook niet echt nodig.
De omgeving vonden wij heel mooi en leuk om van Duitsland naar België naar Nederland te rijden. Alles dicht bij elkaar maar toch 3 verschillende talen spreken en brood halen in Slenaken bij de Nederlandse bakker met heerlijke vlaaien.
