The villa has a private pool (May-Oct, heated) with outdoor shower, sauna, mini-waterfall and many sports and game facilities such as billiards, table tennis, table soccer, darts, chess table, outdoor fitness and a large garden with adjacent forest. There are many attractive sitting areas in and around the house. The house is rented exclusively as a family.Ground floor Living room with closed fireplace (wood for a fee) and long dining table. Conservatory with large windows and sitting area overlooking the garden TV room with sitting area and fireplace. Separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob (4-burner), oven, microwave, coffee maker (quick filter machine including filters), Senseo and Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, ice cube machine and wine fridge. 1st Floor 4 Bedrooms for 2 persons each with private bathroom (all with shower and one with bath and steam room). All bedrooms have TV/DVD. Basement 2 Bedrooms for 2 persons. shared bathroom with shower.
Nature and surroundings
The large garden (1ha) has a mini-waterfall, river and playing field and is fenced. There is a petanque court, billiards, table soccer, darts, fitness, soccer field, XL games and basketball.The country house is located in a wooded area, along the road to Stoumont. At about 5 min. drive from the village with a bakery, butcher, etc. There is a large supermarket in Remouchamps and Spa, both at about 10 km. Spa is about 10 min. drive, where you can still taste the grandeur of the chic spa town of yesteryear. The thermal baths have been restored to their former glory. You will also find excellent restaurants and a casino.Spa is also known for Formula 1 and the 24-hour race on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.Golf lovers can play golf at the Royal Golf Club des Fagnes in Spa.The famous Spa water comes from the springs of Barisart.Stoumont is located at 400m altitude.When there is enough snow, you can ski and cross-country ski nearby.Fun places to visit: Theux, Stavelot, Coo, Malmédy; caves of Remouchamps.
