This beautiful Nature House is located at the Grevelingenmeer where you as a nature & peace seeker will quickly feel at home. From your own terrace you overlook a nature reserve full of orchids, called the Karreveld. Our Nature House is equipped with a new, modern kitchen with a dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Rest space & nature is the motto of the owners where they have been managing this cottage for over 20 years. Over the years much attention has been paid to nature and biodiversity this in combination with the adjacent quiet nature campsite.
Nature and surroundings
This beautiful vacation home is on the edge of Camping Kijkuit. The campsite is located just across the dike from Lake Grevelingen. You can walk right up the stairs to the lake and immediately enjoy the view over the water.Zonnemaire is located on Schouwen Duiveland, the northernmost island of Zeeland. The island lies between Grevelingen Lake and Oosterschelde National Park. Both Oosterschelde and Grevelingenmeer offer a beautiful underwater world. Snorkeling and diving are very popular here, as are other water sports such as surfing and sailing. With a little luck, you'll come across seals (Grevelingenmeer and Oosterschelde) or porpoises (Oosterschelde). Cycling and hiking are also popular in our area. There are cycling and hiking trails with the junction route system. On the west point of the island you can follow beautiful hiking trails and see deer in Boswachterij Westerschouwen. The island is rich in museums and historic towns such as Zierikzee and Brouwershaven.
