This apartment is located directly under the roof. Its motto is "small but nice". This apartment has a small kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with shower and WC and a separate bedroom with a cosy box-spring bed. The highlight of this apartment is the access to the roof terrace, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the inner courtyard, the garden and the pool. Perfect for romantic evenings for two with an impressive sunset! The 2-room apartment offers around 20 m² of space for up to 2 people! The apartment includes 1 bedroom with double bed (160x210) and TV, access to the roof terrace, WiFi, Alexa, equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels. Your stay includes use of the private spa, fitness room, natural pool and the large garden with barbecue. Parking spaces are available.

A bike tour through the Franconian lake district, relaxing by the heated natural pool, in the private spa or a massage? A barbecue in the garden, children playing in the playground, sliding, jumping on the trampoline, a round of table tennis or table football with the family, or simply a nice chat around the campfire? Our vacation farm is located in the quiet district of Haundorf-Eichenberg in Bavaria in the middle of the three vacation regions Franconian Lake District, Altmühltal Nature Park and the Romantic Franconia region. The Brombach, Igelsbach and Altmühl lakes, numerous fishing ponds, as well as beautiful excursion destinations and sights are only a short distance from our vacation farm and can be easily reached by car or partly by bike for swimming, relaxing and exploring.
