The cozy vacation home with private entrance is located on the ground floor of a farmhouse on a 10-hectare nature plot in the central Algarve. In addition to the bedroom, there is a living area with an open kitchen and a second living room with an adjacent large terrace with views over the estate and towards the Monchique mountain range. The spacious designer bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet and bathtub. There is a parking space right next to the entrance and the entire vacation home is barrier-free. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the apartment can be booked all year round Air conditioning is not necessary due to the historical construction. The apartment is functionally furnished with love for detail for 2 to 4 people and offers everything you need for an individual, quiet vacation. Bourgeois luxuries such as a dishwasher, air conditioning or a TV have been deliberately omitted. A WLAN connection is available. The saltwater pool is still under construction and will be available from the end of 2024.
Nature and surroundings
Cypress trees dominate the picture around the house, furthermore nature is allowed to take its course, a shepherd ensures with his flock of sheep that the land remains accessible, a beekeeper from Lagoa has his bee hives. At about 10 minutes by car there are several beaches to reach, in Portimao you can be in 20 minutes. Monchique with its beautiful hiking opportunities is a short half hour from the Arc.
