The vacation home is located in a well-kept vacation home park in the North Hessian Highlands. The house is situated on the lake side and is almost completely secluded. From here it is only about 600 m. to the beach. The very well-kept and tastefully furnished vacation home offers enough sleeping accommodation for families with 3 bedrooms. An air conditioning split unit heats the house in winter and cools it in summer. The house is also equipped with various accessories that convey a stylish coziness, so that you immediately feel at home as soon as you enter the house. The entrance with vestibule and checkroom as well as the spacious living room with fireplace are located on the ground floor. From there you reach a beautiful gallery with kitchen, bathroom and a guest WC and a bedroom with 2 single beds (joined together - 1 double bed) On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms
Nature and surroundings
The leisure facility is ideal for both relaxing on the sandy beach and for exciting water-skiing on the existing facility. The water-skiing facility has a 700 m circuit. Up to 16 skiers can be pulled across the water at the same time. The speed is infinitely variable from 20 - 64 km/h and can therefore be adapted to suit beginners or experts. The "pros" can try their hand at slalom skiing or on the ski jump. The lake has good water quality, so swimmers will also get their money's worth. Anglers (with a fishing license) can also indulge in their hobby in the lake after obtaining a permit. Enjoy the lake while swimming and sunbathing, fishing or taking a leisurely stroll! Numerous hiking trails start directly at the resort. A hiking parking lot has been newly designated as a starting point for interesting hiking tours. A golf course is approx. 4 km away. Kirchheim and the shopping facilities are approx. 5 km away.
