Our newest cabin type will be available from June 1, 2024 and presents itself as a sustainably designed, stylish Tiny House. Thanks to the 8m window front, guests can enjoy a wonderful distant view of nature. Other highlights include the exterior mirroring of the window front, the light-flooded rain shower and, in particular, the automatically retractable sauna from premium brand Klafs. The fully equipped kitchen with bistro table is just as much a part of it as the inviting outdoor terrace. To keep the footprint as small as possible, the cabins have their own photovoltaic system, an innovative thermal battery storage system and minimal surface sealing thanks to screw foundations. Spend cozy hours on the Rolf Benz armchairs in front of the electric stove. If you want to check whether the rest of the world still exists, just to be on the safe side: Internet and TV are available via the in-house WiFi and Ipad, and air conditioning protects you from hot summer days.

The location of the Neugrad is unique: on the western border of Germany - in close proximity to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg - and directly adjacent to the Eifel National Park, which covers an area of 110 square kilometers. Under the motto "Let nature be nature", flora and fauna are left to their very own laws here. This allows thousands of endangered animal and plant species to spread again. The extensive forests, stream valleys, plateaus and wooded pastures are home to black storks, eagle owls, tawny owls, ravens and beavers. In early summer, the national park is covered in bright yellow gorse blossoms, and the southern area is even home to orchids. In the fall, the rutting of the stags can be heard for miles across meadows, valleys and forests. On hikes you will come across old ash trees, chestnuts and wild cherries. So if you love forests, water and wilderness, Neugrad is the place for you.
