This Nature House is located in a small hamlet with only 4 houses, with on the edge this beautiful, spacious detached Maison de Charme of 159m2.This attractively furnished Maison de Charme consists of two bedrooms with a bed of 160x200cm and a bed of 180x200cm (also divisible into two single beds), a spacious bathroom, a beautiful living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a pantry with washing machine and a separate toilet. There is also Wifi via fiberglass. Furthermore, there is a very large garden all around with beautiful views. A third bedroom will be realized in spring 2025. The house is then suitable for 6 persons. You can use the swimming pool (from June 1 to October 1) and all other facilities (high season July & August) on our minicamping in Quéraud less than 900 meters away.
Nature and surroundings
The house is in the middle of the French countryside and peasant life. It is a beautiful area for walking and cycling (electric recommended due to the hills). The area is hilly with meadows interspersed with forest. The brown cows, (predatory) birds, flowers, deer and the enormous peace and quiet make it a place to completely relax. Less than 11 minutes away is the old mining village of Lavaveix-les-Mines where you will find two bakeries, a mini supermarket, two restaurants and a pharmacy. In Ahun (also 11 minutes away) is a large supermarket, restaurants, a bakery, a butcher, the weekly fresh market and more.Despite the fact that the Creuse is one of the least populated areas of France, there are many fun things to do. There are castles, beautiful gardens, lakes, rivers, a climbing park, many markets and flea markets, a wolf park, all kinds of nice restaurants, a large labyrinth, the town of Gueret for shopping and the picturesque town of Aubusson.
