The octagonal room is a large bright room on the second floor of the castle. Private bathroom, double bed (possibility to add a crib) The owner occupies the castle, and generally there are only a few people. Ideal for people looking for a quiet informal environment.Breakfast included. There is another room for 1 person available in the same location. (Nature House ID: 78497) We are working on the parking lots in 2024. But there is plenty of room to park. There is also a charging station to use (for a fee). Breakfast in the large kitchen/porch. Or outside on the terrace. In the summer you can use the swimming pool. You can also take a nice walk there. Kitchen garden and orchard, icehouse, food forest. Unique trees. Generally very quiet.
Nature and surroundings
The castle is located in a private property of 20 hectares. A large pond, vegetable garden, orchard and otherwise mainly forest. In the summer the (heated) swimming pool can be used. The castle is managed by a V.Z.W. / A.S.B.L. (Foundation in Belgium) all income goes to the maintenance of the castle and the woods. In the vicinity are nice trips to make. - Paira Daiza (voted the best zoo in Europe) just 14Km from the castle. - Mons / Mons. The historic town, just 10km from the castle.
