The bright, spacious apartment (93 sqm) offers space for 4-5 people (with extra bed). This vacation apartment is located on the top floor and has a very spacious feel thanks to the high, open roof truss. In the high and open living and dining room with curved walls there is a fully equipped kitchen island with dishwasher, cooker/oven, fridge/freezer combination, toaster, blender, egg stove, microwave, coffee machine, coffee pad machine and kettle. The room is flooded with light thanks to the large glass front leading to the balcony. The large bedroom with skylight has a double bed, as does the smaller bedroom with window and access to the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, bathtub, make-up mirror and hairdryer. There are two separate WCs. Two people can sit on the balcony with awning and enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and meadows. The apartment has a lockable cellar room for bicycles or skis.

Our vacation home is nestled between woods and meadows in the Schönbachtal valley at the foot of the Großer Arber. You can reach the Schareben mountain hut on foot directly from the vacation home, from there on to the surrounding mountains up to the Großer Arber. Or to the Hochfall and Rißloch waterfalls. Other popular excursion destinations include the Falkenstein National Park, the two idyllic Arber lakes, the Bodenmais children's hiking trail, the Silberberg, the Waldwipfelweg in St. Englmar with summer toboggan run, or the wildlife garden with dinosaur skeleton, or ... there is so much to see. In winter you have perfectly groomed ski slopes, toboggan runs, winter hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, e.g. on the Riedlberg, only 700 m away, with ski lift, ski rental, ski school and floodlight operation, or you can take a horse-drawn carriage ride through our beautiful winter landscape ...
