The modern vacation apartment Harmonie (80 sqm) in country house style is handicapped accessible on the ground floor and offers space for 2 - 4 people. In the cozy and very spacious living room there is a round dining table with 4 chairs, an armchair and a large corner couch with table, large satellite TV, DVD/CD player, radio with iPod or iPhone dock. In the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and cooker/oven you will also find a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, egg boiler and kettle. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living area. The large bathroom is equipped with its own sauna, rain shower, WC, make-up mirror and hairdryer. A second bathroom with extra-large shower and WC is also part of this apartment. The large south-facing terrace (approx. 30 m²) with awning and covered outdoor seating on the west side offers space for 4 people. The apartment has a lockable cellar room for bicycles or skis in the carport.

Our vacation home is nestled between woods and meadows in the Schönbachtal valley at the foot of the Großer Arber. You can reach the Schareben mountain hut on foot directly from the vacation home, from there on to the surrounding mountains up to the Großer Arber. Or to the Hochfall and Rißloch waterfalls. Other popular excursion destinations include the Falkenstein National Park, the two idyllic Arber lakes, the Bodenmais children's hiking trail, the Silberberg, the Waldwipfelweg in St. Englmar with summer toboggan run, or the wildlife garden with dinosaur skeleton, or ... there is so much to see. In winter you have perfectly groomed ski slopes, toboggan runs, winter hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, e.g. on the Riedlberg, only 700 m away, with ski lift, ski rental, ski school and floodlight operation, or you can take a horse-drawn carriage ride through our beautiful winter landscape ...
