Casa di campagna su due piani, indipendente sui quattro lati, ristrutturata secondo la tradizione del territorio, si trova in zona collinare. Gode di una vista suggestiva sulle rinomate vigne di Barbera e Moscato che fanno parte, dal 2014, del Patrimonio Unesco. Vera e propria terrazza sulla vallata del Nizza, l'area, turisticamente pregevole, si presta a passeggiate a piedi e a cavallo e ad escursioni in mountain bike. Anche la toponomastica sottolinea l'origine marina della zona. La Casa, luminosa e accogliente, è isolata dal freddo e dal caldo con soffittatura in legno. Al piano terra, all space con cucina attrezzata,soggiorno, zona relax con divano, bagno. Al 1° piano, due grandi camere da letto e bagno. L'arredamento è nuovo e perfettamente funzionale ad una vacanza rilassante e confortevole.
