In this double detached house, the living area at the rear is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Among others, a kettle, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, coffee and tea for the first days. For moments of relaxation you can choose the nice 3 seater sofa or fine chairs. Furthermore, there is a spacious bathroom with shower, a toilet and bedroom with a double boxpring. Outside is a paved terrace and a lawn surrounded by several fences. The garden has many flowers and plants. Part of the cozy terrace has a canopy, a wonderful place to completely unwind.
Nature and surroundings
South of the village of Hall is the estate The Leusveld, a beautiful nature reserve with very rich flora and fauna. As the name of the nature house suggests, it is located just about in the middle of the estate. Located on a dirt road it lies on 3 sides between the meadows and after about 200 meters on all sides the forest begins. On the estate are plenty of walking paths to discover adventurously by yourself, but you can also choose a 15 kilometer walk on the adjacent klompenpad. Furthermore, there are many beautiful nature reserves in the vicinity, such as the IJssel Valley, the Empense and Tondense Heide, the Posbank, Loenermark and Loenense waterfall. It is possible to have your breakfast delivered. You can enjoy lunch or dinner at de Vrolijke Frans, 2 kilometers away. Eerbeek is 4 kilometers away and the Hanseatic city of Zuthpen is only 10 kilometers. In both places are many cozy and good places to eat and store.
