Our recreation house is quietly situated on a small park Blokland. The garden is spacious, neat and park-like landscaped and equipped with wood-fired sauna, hot tub and outdoor fireplace / bbq. Use of these is included in the rent. The firewood is also widely available and free to use. The garden offers lots of privacy on a plot of 577 m2. The cozy, spacious living room with open kitchen and sitting / dining area features a lovely fireplace. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the garden and wooded area. Patio doors provide access to the terrace. The terrace is located at both the rear and sides of the bungalow, allowing you to find a nice spot in the sun or shade at any time of day. Towels are not provided. You need to bring them yourself as well as bed linen. Comforters and pillows are available.
Nature and surroundings
Park Blokland is accessible via adjacent recreation park De Heidebloem. One may use all facilities/facilities of the park, including tennis courts, a large playground, outdoor swimming pools (summer only), a sports field, bocce courts, bicycle rental and a play forest. Enough opportunities to spend your free time as pleasant as possible. The park is located on the edge of the Maashorst nature reserve, a beautiful nature reserve with over 3,000 hectares of forests, heathland and sand drifts. A good level of amenities is located a few minutes away in the nearby center of Schaijk. The highways / freeway A50 are nearby, making both Nijmegen and 's Hertogenbosch within half an hour to reach. The car can be parked in front of the door, closed, on private property. be.
