Completamente indipendente, il rustico è immerso nella vegetazione e affacciato su ampio prato con facile accesso bosco, con vista fino mare. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro della Fattoria La Prugnola. Interno Camera da letto matrimoniale (armadio, comodini e cassettone) Pompa calore (aria condizionata/riscaldamento) da metà Giugno 2024 Bagno con doccia Ampia sala con zona giorno con angolo cottura attrezzato, (a fornelli a gas, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, freezer e fornetto elettrico). Tavolo con sedie. Divano letto per 2 persone. Romantica stufa a legna per il periodo primaverile e autunnale. Esterno Pergola coperta in legno con tavolo e sedie da giardino. Lettino e sdraio, perfetto per la colazione pranzi e cene all’aperto. Parcheggio al lato della casa. Recinto con cancelletto. Ampi spazi in ombra e al sole.
