Step aboard this nature house! A 100 year old ship is waiting for you in a beautiful central location in Friesland. The Nescio is fully equipped; fully equipped kitchen (+ quooker & dishwasher), bath/shower combination, corner sofa and of course many authentic details. Imagine yourself as a skipper in the wheelhouse while enjoying the beautiful view and this special ship with a rich history, and you can now stay on it. Inside there is headroom (190 cm high) and outside on deck it is great to stay: on the aft deck you sit out of the sun and you have fantastic panoramic views. Feeling too hot? Then jump in to cool off! There is also the possibility to invite friends and family; they can reserve a spot on the campsite, spend the night in a cool glamping tent or stay in an apartment or group accommodation. Please note that boat rides are NOT allowed. Unfortunately not suitable for the disabled. We work with self check-in and check-out.

Discover the beautiful and watery Friesland from the mooring of the Nescio; the Tijnjehoeve. A unique and central location near the Sneekermeer! The harbor is the perfect place for recreation, nature and water sports enthusiasts. Within cycling distance you will find the city of Sneek with many restaurants, supermarkets and attractions. The Tijnjehoeve also rents out sailing boats (falcons), a Lemsteraak including skipper and it is possible to book sailing lessons. You can also rent a sloop nearby, giving everyone a chance to explore the beautiful Frisian waters. But there is more than water sports; walking, cycling and discovering picturesque Frisian towns. Or just unwind on the Nescio first? Please note that the Uitwellingerga bridge is closed to car traffic until further notice. It is recommended to bring your own bikes or rent them to get to Sneek faster. Do you have your own boat or rent a sloop for several days? You can, but then you will pay mooring fees at the harbor.
