We are Eke and Geert and live together with our children and with (O)pa and (O)ma in the polder of Nistelrode. As true outdoor people we enjoy the nature around us every day. In 2020 we set up Camping Experience the Dijkshoeve The treehouse tent offers a unique combination of comfort and outdoor living. The retro-furnished De Waard tent stands on a deck, among the trees, with a beautiful view over the polder. The tent is cozy and attractively furnished, with a comfortable double bed, vintage details and a small cupboard, refrigerator, crockery and coffee maker. For chilly nights, there are pitchers and a small stove. Outside you will find a gas barbecue, a picnic table and comfortable chairs, and those who want to relax extra can book a hot tub and enjoy the views of the countryside. Shampoo, shower gel, coffee and tea are included. Bath towels and tea towels please bring your own or rent. Free parking and a charging station is available.
Nature and surroundings
The surroundings of Camping Experience the Dijksehoeve offer plenty of natural beauty and relaxation. Enjoy the peace and quiet and take in the polder, or head out to one of these beautiful nature spots: De Maashorst Nature Reserve - Ideal for hikers and cyclists. Unique animals such as wisents live here. Bedafse Bergen - A sand dune area, perfect for a walk or picnic. Nature playgrounds - Children can play in Berghem, Herpen and Uden. Alpacafarm Vorstenbosch - Cuddle with alpacas in a rural setting. For a more extensive day out, there are beautiful cities nearby: Den Bosch - Visit St. John's Cathedral and cruise the Binnendieze River. Nijmegen - Walk along the Waal River and explore the historic city. Eindhoven - Visit the prehistoric museum and learn about early history.
